Chelsea Boss Sarri Angrily Storms Out Of Training Ahead Of Europa League Final

Maurizio Sarri’s angry reaction in Chelsea training, was not caused by a altercation between his players, but an inability to train without cameras, the UK Times reports.

The Italian raised eyebrows on the eve of the Europa League final, when he walked out of his side’s training session in Baku.

Sarri threw his cap and subsequently kicked it in a fiery outburst.

It had been assumed that his reaction had been caused by a brief confrontation between David Luiz and Gonzalo Higuain after a heavy challenge.

However, it is understood that Sarri was informed that the cameras would not be turned off at any point, during Chelsea’s allotted hour on the pitch.

Usually teams only do warm-ups and rondos while the cameras are on and then start tactical work when no-one is watching.

However, just when Sarri wanted to start working on set-pieces to be deployed against Arsenal, he was informed that Chelsea’s session would continue to be filmed for the full hour.

Not wanting to give away any of their secrets before Wednesday night’s final, an angry Sarri headed off down the tunnel early while his players continued to play a small-sided game instead.
